Daniel is an Engineer by training, with a business and management-centric focus. He has worked as an engineer in various multi-national companies, where he was known for his ability to deliver results and achieve organizational goals within tight time constraints.
His efficiency-driven mindset contributes to Daniel’s love for order and cleanliness. Out of his passion for beautiful surroundings came the idea of Neatland – a company whose core focus is to ensure that buildings and infrastructure are serviced and maintained to the highest standard by companies capable of growing at an exponential rate.
Director, Corporate Development
Terry Cooley has over 13 years of operational strategic experience and over 18 years of Human Resources executive leadership experience. He has worked for companies such as Chrysler, Penske Truck Leasing, Penske Logistics and GATX Logistics, and is currently the Vice-President of Human Resources for The Penhall Company, the largest specialty concrete cutting services company in the United States.
Terry has utilized critical thinking, employee engagement, company-specific metrics, decades of project management experience, process improvement initiatives and other business talents to improve organizational and operational effectiveness across organizations. He’s applied this experience in the food, auto, appliance, healthcare, durable goods, construction and for-profit secondary education industries.
Terry is the recipient of the 2016 DallasHR Executive of the Year award and is an Advisory Board Member for the University of Texas in Dallas, contributing to the launch of a BS Degree Program in Human Resources Management. Terry holds a BS Degree in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wilmington University.
Non-Executive Director
Being the founder and principal of a Dallas-based business law and advisory firm (Soriano Law) has equipped George Soriano with extensive experience in the legal complexities of business ownership. He has a long record of notable career highlights, including the largest independent oil concession in the history of free Romania when he negotiated a 1.4 million acre concession extending from Southeastern Romania to the Black Sea on behalf of Redeco Petroleum.
He's served in a variety of legal leadership roles in the private sector, including stints as Corporate Counsel, Regional Counsel and General Counsel at various businesses. He’s had other leadership roles as well, including Corporate Secretary and Commercial Manager at a number of multinational corporations.
George retired from the U.S. Army in 2007 as a lieutenant colonel after 24 years of active service. He graduated from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, after which he leveraged his specialized expertise in military logistics, contracting and industrial management for conventional and special operations units.
Non-Executive Director
Ekhoe serves as a Managing Director in Internal Audit for Corebridge Financial. He is currently responsible for establishing the internal audit strategy and overseeing audit execution for the Company’s Finance (including the actuarial, SEC reporting, tax, and capital budgeting processes) and Investments functions, as well as the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) management control design and operating effectiveness efforts. In a prior role within the company, he was responsible for overseeing the audit strategy and execution for the Life Insurance (US) business unit. Among other projects, Ekhoe led the internal audit review efforts related to the implementation of the recently effective insurance accounting standard, ASU 2018 – 12, Long Duration Targeted Improvements (LDTI). He also led the engagement to review the design and operating effectiveness of controls executed in the preparation of the annual financial statements included in the SEC Form S-1 to support the Corebridge Financial Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Prior to joining AIG in 2019, Ekhoe was an Assurance (now Trust Services) Director at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and spent his 10-year tenure focused on providing advisory and external audit services to multiple companies within the financial services industry in Nigeria and the US. He was also a diversity and inclusion network leader and led campus recruiting efforts for his market team.
Ekhoe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is a Fellow of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Ekhoe also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.

As President of ABM Landscape & Turf Services, a subsidiary of global ABM Industries (NYSE: ABM), Dale led ABM’s commercial landscape services division covering the U.S. mainland from coast to coast. His expertise includes organizational and operational efficiencies, sales and marketing, P&L financial management and management personnel development.
Dale was instrumental in the rebranding and integration of several acquisitions over his career as well as leading internal cross-selling initiatives within the above-mentioned facility services corporations.
